With this arrangement Vikram Seth begins what will prove to be a rather unusual and difficult path, framed by a poetic wrote and directed. The author succeeds in describing two very different realities and at the same time as close as China and Tibet, through the human portrait of the people he meets without falling into the obvious or political issues, his freedom by living an observer traveling and getting a life experience of rare involvement.
