The city holistic ecology

The city is not only what we perceive with our senses, physical, its landscape, with its streets, palaces, churches, but it is also a fabric of energy, a soul, a consciousness that thinks and talks with various levels of existence, that we may consider embodied in the physical landscape of the city.
We humans are immersed in this "sacred energy, and we live with our physical body and our consciousness, even if unconsciously.

Il Monte Stella e le memorie della guerra

Il Monte Stella è una collinetta artificiale alta circa 180 metri, tirata su, nel dopo guerra, con le macerie dei bombardamenti su Milano nella seconda guerra mondiale e con una parte dei resti delle antiche mura spagnole.
Praticamente un luogo della "memoria", che si cela sotto il piacevole aspetto di montagnola con tanto d'alberi e prati.
Ho già lavorato in questo luogo riscontrando una discreta armonizzazione tra la sua artificialità e la sua naturalità.
I nostri fratelli alberi hanno fatto in questi anni un ottimo lavoro di trasformazione e armonizzazione di questi "rifiuti". Non solo da un punto di vista fisico ma anche sottile, trasformando così uno sterile cumulo di macerie in un'oasi di verde per Milano e questo grazie anche all'intervento co creante dell'uomo.

Con luoghi della memoria della guerra, intendo tutte quelle strutture fisiche costruite dall’uomo who have the task of remembering the tragedy of war and its victims.

Mi sono chiesto, che ruolo ha un luogo come il nostro Monte Stella quando, come in questi tempi, la guerra sembra imperversare dovunque anche in noi stessi e nelle nostre famiglie?
